Shipping Policy​

Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States.​

Express Shipping: For faster delivery, you can choose express shipping at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within the continental United States.​

Overnight Shipping: If you need your order urgently, overnight shipping is available. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day.​

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs delays for international shipments.​

Shipping Costs​

International Shipping​

Address Changes​

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address, and you will need to coordinate with the carrier directly.​

Lost or Damaged Packages​

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.​

For lost packages, we will wait for the carrier's investigation result, which usually takes 7-10 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.​

For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team. This will help us process your claim quickly. We may require you to return the damaged items before sending a replacement.​
